Justin King, Psy.D., LP, CRC, PVE

Dr. Justin King earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2007 where he studied Psychology. He subsequently completed his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology in 2012. Dr. King completed his Doctoral Internship through the Argosy Counseling Service where he worked with a variety of clientele offering career counseling as well as psychological therapy and assessment. After completing his internship, Dr. King worked as a psychologist in a private practice primarily conducting psychological evaluations for a variety of referral questions including ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and mood/anxiety disorders as well as providing individual and family therapy. Dr. King joined the staff at Metropolitan Rehabilitation Services in January of 2014. He completed advanced graduate training in both Rehabilitation Counseling and Forensic Vocational Rehabilitation while working under the supervision of Dr. Phillip Haber. Dr. King took over Metropolitan Rehabilitation Services in January of 2016.

Phillip Haber, M.S., Psy.D., LP, CRC, CVE – Emeritus

Dr. Haber has a Masters of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Doctorate Degree in Rehabilitation Psychology. He founded Metropolitan Rehabilitation Services in 1971 and directed the company until he retired from active practice January 1, 2016. Dr. Haber continues to be involved with Metropolitan Rehabilitation Services on a consultative basis.

Melissa Landgren

Ms. Landgren is the Vocational Evaluator at Metropolitan Rehabilitation Services. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Carroll College in 2003 and joined the staff at Metropolitan Rehabilitation Services in September of 2017.

Pat Hoffer – Office Manager

Ms. Hoffer has 25 years of experience as an office manager for Dr. Phillip Haber at Metropolitan Rehabilitation Services. The company was fortunate to retain her services after Dr. Haber retired in January 2016.
